Kid Atvs Warranty / Terms

   ATV's - 6 Month Warranty on Engine & Transmission parts only. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, tires, wear items, batteries, anything plastic or shipping damage, this warranty only covers actual parts on the engine & transmission. Kid Atvs DOES accept exchanges & returns, we can also send parts you need to make the machine 100% right if there is any minor shipping damage or minor problems, however this has to be reported to us & documented with pictures within 48 hours of taking delivery of the atv, no exceptions. Call us if you wish to return or exchange the atv you ordered, this has to be done within 10 days of delivery & the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us or our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee. The machine MUST include all original packaging materials & be in new resellable condition, it can't have had fuel added or the factory oil changed (it will not be exchanged or returned for ANY reason if it has had gas in it or the oil changed), any damages to the machine if any, will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange or return the machine we can assist in the pickup of the machine & we will use our discount to get you the best return shipping price. All box, crate or any shipping damage HAS to be reported to the trucking company & needs to be written on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can start a claim for you with the shipping company, there is no exceptions to this, once the freight is signed to you, it is your responsibility for any damages if the atv has not been inspected at delivery & noted of any box, crate or shipping damage with the delivering driver. If 48 hours has passed since you signed for the atv, you are responsible for any & all parts that need to be shipped to you from crate or shipping damage occurred if not noted on the delivery receipt by you. If there is damage to the atv when delivered, it must be written on the delivery receipt so we can start a shipping claim against the shipping company, there is no exceptions to this. We can't go after the shipping company with out this noted & will not pay for parts if its not noted at time of delivery. All that needs to be written if the box shows any type of hole, crush or shows signs of a rought transit  is "damaged box" on the drivers copy & this covers you in case there is a problem. ALL warranty or damaged parts will be shipped via Ground shipping ONLY, the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost of ANY warranty part needed, you may be asked for pictures of the affected part or the old part back to be sure we send you the correct part. At the customers request we can ship warranty or damaged parts faster if needed & the customer will be charged the actual cost of the expedited shipping fee. These terms are NOT negotiable & will apply to all ATV, Scooter & Dirtbike sales, either online, over the phone or from one of our shops. ALL AMERICAN EXPRESS payments with any & all cancellations, no matter what the reason for the cancellation is subject to a 6% cancellation fee, Due to the fees they charge us for cancellations. This is for any reason that comes with a cancellation & leads us to have to refund the card, Kid Atvs not having the color and or model is included in this charge. This is a AMERICAN EXPRESS CHARGE, NOT A KID ATVS CHARGE. If you are unsure if we have the model or color in stock, either call or email us before placing the order or use any other credit card to make your purchase of your atv.

Motorcycles above 50cc - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

We stock a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; we may ask for you to send us the part and we will ship out the new part within 3 days if we have it in stock. If we do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported from Asia, which could take up to 1-3 weeks, but this is a rare occurance.

Our ATVs and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the Motorcycle or ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you.

This warranty DOES NOT include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll ship the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. KID ATVS, LLC/REDCAT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. THESE TERMS CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
